Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Participants/Members/Individuals are required to pay a non-refundable fee for the specific work/association with M/s Talent Dhundo . The fee once paid will not be refunded on any account nor would this fee be held in reserve for future.
  • In case of any participant found to have paid more fee than prescribed, due to technical reason and on receiving the communication from the said applicant, the said extra payment, if found, shall be refunded to the same origin from which the payment is received.
  • Note: Participants facing the problem of deduction of any fee amount without getting the confirmation generated form (failed registration) are required to apply again online portal within the deadline or before expiry of date. These participants/Members etc can submit the request for refund of failed registration amount along with details separately as detailed below:
  • In case of any Payment Error, due to any network communication/connectivity problems, if your registration/confirmation form does not get registered and the amount of INR ………/- has been debited from your account, the same will be refunded back to your account after the reconciliation with Bank. In such cases participants are advised to apply again and promptly inform us about the failed registration by sending an email to Report@talentdhundo.com; by writing " TECH ERROR " in the subject line and following information as per details given below:

    1. Name (Year)
    2. Membership Fee
    3. Transaction Details (Screenshot) :-
    4. Membership ID generated Yes/No
    5. Date Of transaction and time
    6. Bank transaction reference Number
    7. Registered Email ID
    8. Registered Mobile Number
    9. Bank Account details

Cancellation Policy:

  • The Participants/Members/Individuals can cancel their membership with us at any given point of time from the date of joining however there is no refund clause of the Membership Fees received from the said applicant during the time of registration
  • The Participants/Members/Individuals can cancel their membership with us at any given point of time from the date of joining however , for the assignments received from M/S Talent Dhundo’s Behalf they will have pay us 5 Percent as per the Terms and Conditions after they receive their set of payments from the work allotted and received from Talent Dhundo Platform as despite cancelling membership they will still be liable to pay us our Professional Charges of Work received through M/s Talent Dhundo Platform.
  • Participants/Members/Individuals have to honor the said processing fees of 5 percent of the work /assignment completed not completed, Discussions, Which were about to get materialized or materialized verbal/written or in any other form by Talent Dhundo platform the Artist/ Participants/Members/Individuals have to honor the said processing fees of 5 percent though they cancel the membership at any given point of time or at any stage of the assignment/assignments.
  • When any Participants/Members/Individuals cancels the membership from Talent Dhundo then an intimation goes to all the Talent Hunters and The said Profile is deleted from our server within 30 days from the cancellation request submitted .
